Patricia A. Barchi, Vice President
of Residential Lending is a native of Stockton, California. She attended San Joaquin Delta College and continued her education over the years while working full-time. She began her financial career with Bank of America in Stockton and then worked at their World Headquarters in San Francisco. She returned to Stockton and worked as Vice President/Branch Manager for State Savings and Loan, American Savings and Loan, and Stockton Savings and loan. Ms. Barchi has been licensed with the California Department of Real Estate since 1997 and is a member of California Association of Mortgage Brokers and The National Association of Mortgage Brokers.

Patricia, as a residential loan specialist, has been very involved in the local Central Valley Realtors Association (CVRA) having been named Affiliate of the year for 2007. She has chaired CVRA charity golf tournaments and continues to actively support the Central Valley Realtors Association
